The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of the city center, just a few minutes' walk away from the most renowned sightseeing spots in Plovdiv. It was incredibly convenient to explore the city from this central location. The staff was also excellent, offering 24x7 phone support and ensuring I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

They offer a shared lounge, so I had the pleasure of sharing the space with strangers. The terrace was lovely, but I didn't use it because I prefer to do my laundry myself. The "professional host" managed to impress me with their skills in cleaning and organizing. Brilliant!
